Laser-cut parts – precision springs
With progressive miniaturization precision springs are exposed to ever increasing strain. Stamped springs can develop hairline cracks due to the mechanical tension inherent in the manufacturing process. Very complex precision springs can therefore no longer be manufactured this way – they break.
In order to prevent this, the coordinated use of etch/laser technology is required.

Providing etching and laser technology for laser-cut parts in the precision springs sector allows for …
- short delivery times.
- fast and cost-effective prototype production of complex precision springs.
- laser-cut metals that cannot be etched, e.g. titanium, molybdenum, or special materials like Hastelloy, etc.
